Agreement to Terms

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us", "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean Psychic Visions (trading as The Occult Academy), whose registered office is CASA GREENS, A-8/102, GREATER NOIDA, Noida Gautam Buddha Nagar, UTTAR PRADESH 201318, India. "You", "your", "user", "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting join.theoccultacademy.in and/or has agreed to purchase from us.

What You Are Buying

• The 3-Day Tarot Foundation Course: three live online sessions on Zoom, about one hour each, on the dates shown on the course page at the time of purchase.
• The bonuses listed on the course page, shared digitally at the end of Day 3.

The course teaches tarot as a skill for guidance. It does not include any physical product. The decks shown on the page are used on screen during teaching and are not included in the price.

Price and Payment

The price is ₹99, inclusive of taxes, paid once through Razorpay. Your seat is confirmed when the payment is captured.

Honest Expectations

Tarot is a skill that takes practice. The course gives you a foundation in all 78 cards over three days. We do not promise any income, client, or professional outcome from the course itself. Any examples of students' earnings on our pages describe women who completed further training after this course.

Attendance

Sessions are live only and are not recorded. If you miss a session it cannot be replayed, so please choose a batch you can attend on all three days. Course materials and bonuses are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

Conduct

We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or the course group, without refund.

Changes to Sessions

If we have to move a session, we will tell you on WhatsApp and email and offer the new date or a full refund.
