Psychic Visions believes in helping its customers as far as possible. The 3-Day Tarot Foundation Course comes with a money-back guarantee under this policy:

Money-Back Guarantee

Attend all 3 days. If it was not for you, you get your ₹99 back.

• The guarantee has one condition: you attended all three live sessions.
• Send us one message on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of the end of Day 3 saying you would like a refund. No questions, no forms.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests before Day 1 will be considered if made within 1-2 days of placing the order.
• The sessions are live only and cannot be replayed, so the guarantee applies only if you attended all three days. If you miss a session, the ₹99 is not refundable.
• Refund requests made more than 24 hours after the end of Day 3 are not accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of approval of the request.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a further 5-7 working days to appear.

If We Cancel or Move a Session

You may take the new date or ask for a full refund, at any point before the new date.

Duplicate Payments

If you were charged twice, tell us and we will refund the duplicate in full.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding refunds, Psychic Visions reserves the right to make the final decision based on the nature of the request and the services provided. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
